Angela obtained her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Anderson University and her Graduate Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis. She also studied psychology, art and architecture abroad in Vienna, Austria.<\/p>\n
Angela have been trained in several modes of therapy and works with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, families, couples, and individuals. She is a state Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has been working in private practice since June of 2005 at Family Tree Counseling Associates.<\/p>\n
She has experience working with individuals suffering from a variety of mental health issues including stress, anxiety, panic, phobia, post traumatic stress, obsessive compulsive behaviors, depression and other mood disorders, relational problems, problems related to abuse or neglect, substance abuse, sexual addiction, adult ADD, adjustment disorder, avoidant and dependent personality traits, and borderline personality disorder.<\/p>\n
She also has experience working with children and adolescents suffering from separation anxiety, reactive attachment disorder, learning disorders, ADHD, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, deliberate self harm, and disruptive behavior problems.<\/p>\n
Angela enjoys working with military veterans, couples seeking premarital counseling, individuals requiring career counseling, individuals dealing with religious and spiritual issues, those dealing with grief, and people struggling with sexual and gender identity issues. Also, she has a passion for working with blended families.<\/p>\n
She is sincere and passionate in her work. She is motivated and committed to providing successful therapy. Angie is free spirited, kind, compassionate and a bit quirky in her style. Her heart comes across in her work. She is very non-judgmental. She lived in Cleveland Ohio until relocating to Indiana to attend college. Some of her interests and hobbies include traveling, snorkeling, music, art, meditation, yoga, and spending time with family and friends<\/p>\n
