Ellen earned a Bachelor\u2019s in Biology with a Psychology minor from Indiana University. After working in education for a few years, she returned to school to earn a master\u2019s therapy degree, and so she earned her Master\u2019s in Social Work from Indiana University.\u00a0 Ellen has been specifically trained in the Family Tree approach, utilizing families of origin for relationship and marriage counseling, as well as for individual counseling. She has experience and training in several types of therapy, and uses a dynamic approach that is customized to the client\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n
Ellen has experience working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, marital issues, mood disorders, addiction, post traumatic stress, abuse and\/or neglect issues, power and control issues, and communication issues.\u00a0 She especially enjoys working with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, stress, communication and relationship issues, and depression.<\/p>\n
Ellen is an empathetic and honest counselor.
